When to contact us
- before ordering, if you have questions about the photo, text, color or tag shape;
- right after ordering, if you need to add an important personalization note;
- when you receive the graphic proof, if you want to request a change;
- after delivery, if you need support with NFC programming.
Inactive channels
We do not currently use WhatsApp as a support channel. To keep requests and orders traceable, email remains the main contact channel.
